Let's Talk Food

Before you schedule your call, you need to make sure that you have completed the following. 

1. Signed up to MyfitnessPal and collected 7 days of food data (or kept a 7 day food diary and have sent it to chris@studioathletica.com.au ). 

2. Requested "studioathletica" as a friend on MyFitnessPal.

3. Shared your diary with "friends" on MyFitnessPal.

4. Linked MyFitnessPal with the Studio Athletica Hybrid app.

5. Submitted your food questionnaire form.

If you have not completed all the above steps do not book your call. Naras our dietitian needs all that information to look over your diet.
