What to expect in the sessions
Each 60 minute session will be personally tailored for you, your body and your fitness goals, and 1:1 guidance with your trainer. This can include:
Weigh-In and Nutritional Check-In: Your trainer will conduct regular weigh-ins and discuss your nutrition to keep you on track and make any necessary adjustments.
Targeted Warm-Up and Stretching: A warm-up and stretching routine will prepare your body for exercise, enhancing flexibility and reducing the risk of injury.
High-Intensity Weight-Based Strength and Cardio Training: Engage in high-intensity, weight-based cardio exercises designed to build muscle, burn fat, and improve body composition.
